It can be pretty daunting walking into a new gym for the first time.That’s why we have a special on-boarding process for all new members to help you ease into your fitness journey safely.

This can be in person or over the phone.

We want you to get the most from your sessions from the start. That’s why you start with either 1 on 1 training or small group fundamentals, where you will learn all the basics of CrossFit before joining the fun of group class.

We know you’ll love CT Fitness, and we want you to feel at home from day one. We give you a free week to make sure we’re the gym for you, and so can get familiar with the schedule and classes that suit you best.
